Connected living for a Lake Burton retreat.
The Summit is a Lake Burton mountain residence recognized with a Silver Award in the 2025 NAHB Best in American Living Awards. Warm natural materials and expansive views shaped every technology decision, while lighting and home automation create useful scenes and straightforward daily control throughout the residence.
Distributed audio and video extend from the main living spaces to the covered terraces, while whole-home networking, Wi-Fi and security cameras support reliable connectivity and remote awareness across the property.
